There are two types of leads created with the Colab Commerce program.
First are “In-market” leads; you have a qualified Brick-and-Mortar Retail store within the designated trading area. Second is “Out-of-market” leads outside the trading area, with no retail stores available.
“In-market leads” will immediately be sent to the qualified Brick-and-Mortar Retail store by email and text. Knowing that 78% of customers purchase from the first responder, the retailer will have 6 to 24 hours to respond. If there is no follow-up response, the lead will automatically be changed to “out of market.”
“Out-of-market” leads will be handled by Colab Commerce’s internal sales team.
We will proactively engage customers on a one-to-one basis using all available digital marketing tools, including phone calls, live chat, email, sample fulfillment, quote requests, and email list subscriptions.
Every sales lead is assigned a unique phone number that is different than the customer’s actual number. This ensures that all incoming calls from potential customers are easily identified and tracked.
